We offer specialty care for traumatic brain injury to improve level of function, promote participation in care, and decrease the likelihood of decline.
Management of chronic illness in the home setting is a special art. We understand the importance of communicating, advocating for the needs of our clients, and developing a client-centered plan of care that is both holistic and reflective of the individual, not just the illness.
