Let Us Provide the Care You Need

At Pillar Homecare, we offer a variety of service modules to ensure a person-centered approach to care.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Alzheimer's and Dementia care is provided by Dementia Care Specialists, the gold standard in care, to assist throughout all stages of dementia care. Our team utilizes evidence-based coping techniques and interventions, family education, and support for the management of Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Short - Term Post Hospital Discharge Care

We provide short-term care for individuals who are in-patient or transitioning home post-operatively. This service includes:

EPDST Personal Care Services

Monitored In-Home Caregiving

Care from someone they already know and trust.

The Monitored In-Home Caregiving program allows a family member or another person your loved one already knows and trusts — a spouse, adult child, or close relative — to be paid to provide their daily care at home, under Louisiana's Community Choices Waiver (CCW).

Pillar Homecare trains, supervises, and monitors the designated caregiver, ensuring care meets the same quality and safety standards as our traditional in-home services — while allowing your loved one to remain supported by someone they already know and trust.

Additional Services
